What happens at a Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band show?

It feels like a greatest-hits night with several headliners. Ringo opens with "Matchbox" and "It Don't Come Easy", then hands the spotlight around the band. Steve Lukather plays Toto songs, Colin Hay plays Men at Work songs, and Hamish Stuart leads Average White Band favorites. In between, Ringo comes back for "Yellow Submarine", "Octopus's Garden", "Photograph" and more. The night ends with "With a Little Help From My Friends" flowing into "Give Peace a Chance". How long is a Ringo Starr concert?

About an hour and 45 minutes. At the Greek Theatre in June 2026 the band played from about 8:10 to 9:55pm, and setlist.fm's average for the tour is 1 hour 43 minutes. Most dates have no opening act, though we can't confirm that for every venue, so the band usually starts close to the ticketed time. Where a venue lists doors, they open earlier: Portland, Maine shows doors at 6:30pm for a 7:30pm show.

Why are there two drum kits on stage?

What is the crowd like?

Mixed and friendly. You will see fans who grew up with the Beatles next to their children and grandchildren, plus people who came mainly for Toto or Men at Work. Ringo's trademark two-finger peace sign is everywhere: he flashes it from the stage and the crowd flashes it back. It is a sing-along show, not a sit-in-silence one, especially in the last few songs.

What is Ringo's Peace and Love tradition?

Since 2008, Ringo has used his July 7 birthday to ask people everywhere to say, think or post "Peace & Love" at noon local time. Fans organize events around the world, and in 2026 he celebrated in Los Angeles with friends, family and fans, live-streamed on his social channels. The fall shows are not on his birthday, but the message runs through the whole night, from the peace signs to the closing "Give Peace a Chance".

Official tickets are sold by Ticketmaster for most dates, by AXS for Forest Hills Stadium, and by the venue box offices in Easton and Lancaster. TicketNetwork, where our buttons go, is a resale marketplace, so prices there can be above face value.

Is there merch and a VIP package?

Yes. The official "Ringo Starr - VIP Ticket Package" is run by One More Time VIP. It includes a premium reserved ticket, a tour shirt, a lithograph, a tote bag, an exclusive merch item, a laminate and lanyard, and a commemorative ticket. It does not include a meet-and-greet, so don't buy it expecting to meet Ringo. Official venue listings put it at about $515 to $658 depending on the show. See our VIP guide for the details. What should I know before I go?

• Arrive early. With no opener on most dates, the first songs come quickly. Aim to be through security well before showtime.
• Check the venue page. Bag rules, parking and doors times vary a lot between a theatre like the State Theatre in Easton and an outdoor venue like Forest Hills Stadium or Bethel Woods.
• Dress for outdoor dates. Bethel Woods, Holmdel and Forest Hills are open-air, and late September and early October evenings in the Northeast can get cool.
• Plan the ride home. The show ends a little under two hours after it starts, so you can estimate your exit time.

Ten, all in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic: Easton, Bethel, Holmdel, Washington DC, Boston, Forest Hills, Portland, Wallingford, Lancaster and Albany, from September 24 to October 7, 2026.
