Seeing Ringo live, explained

Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band have 10 shows left in 2026, from Easton, Pennsylvania on Sept 24 to Albany, New York on Oct 7. Here is how the All Starr idea works, who is on stage this fall, what you will hear, and how to get a fair ticket.

The All Starr idea, since 1989

The concept came from producer David Fishof in 1989: Ringo fronts a band in which every member is a star with hits of their own, and everyone gets a turn in the spotlight. The first lineup was Joe Walsh, Dr. John, Billy Preston, Levon Helm, Rick Danko, Nils Lofgren, Clarence Clemons and Jim Keltner. Two drummers, Helm and Keltner, were part of the plan from day one.

The band has changed many times since. Most counts, including setlist.fm, put the current group as the 16th All Starr Band (Wikipedia’s table numbers sixteen, although its intro still says fourteen). The 2026 band

This fall’s lineup is the same one that has toured since 2024:

• Ringo Starr - lead vocals and drums.
• Steve Lukather of Toto - guitar and vocals.
• Colin Hay of Men at Work - guitar and vocals.
• Hamish Stuart of Average White Band - bass and vocals.
• Warren Ham - sax, flute, harmonica, keys and vocals.
• Gregg Bissonette - drums, in the band since 2008.
• Buck Johnson - keyboards and vocals, the newest member since 2024.

What you’ll hear

Expect about 1 hour 45 minutes and around 21 songs, usually with no opening act. The June 14, 2026 show at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles is a good guide to the fall set. It opens with “Matchbox” and “It Don’t Come Easy”, and Ringo sings Beatles songs like “Boys”, “Yellow Submarine”, “Octopus’s Garden”, “I Wanna Be Your Man” and “Act Naturally”, plus solo favourites like “Photograph” and “No No Song”.

In between, the band plays its own hits: “Rosanna”, “Africa” and “Hold the Line” from Lukather; “Down Under”, “Overkill” and “Who Can It Be Now?” from Hay; and “Pick Up the Pieces”, “Cut the Cake” and “Work to Do” from Stuart. The night closes with “With a Little Help From My Friends”, running into a “Give Peace a Chance” singalong. How to buy smart

Pick your night. Every city gets one show, and a few carry extra meaning. Forest Hills Stadium on Oct 1 is Ringo’s first show there since the Beatles played it in August 1964. Portland on Oct 3 is his first-ever show in that city. Bethel Woods on Sept 25 sits on the site of the 1969 Woodstock festival. All tour dates.

Start with the official seller. Ticketmaster sells Bethel Woods, Holmdel, Washington DC, Boston, Portland, Wallingford and Albany. AXS sells Forest Hills. Easton and Lancaster sell through their own box offices. Where published, face values range from $49.50 on the Bethel Woods lawn to $658.25 for VIP pit seats in Easton, and Lancaster runs from $179 to $369. Ticket prices.

After Oct 7

Albany’s Palace Theatre is the final announced show of 2026. The official tour page lists nothing after it: no 2027 dates and no Las Vegas run this year. The spring leg (12 shows, ending at a sold-out Greek Theatre in June) has already played, so if you want to see Ringo live in 2026, these 10 nights are it.
