Why choose the Wallingford show?

Wallingford is the only Connecticut date, and it sits roughly halfway between New York City and Boston, which makes it a handy backup for fans in either city. It is a Sunday night show, so if you are coming from further afield you can build a weekend around it. The Oakdale is an indoor theatre, which keeps the room focused on the stage in a way that big outdoor venues cannot.

What songs will Ringo play in Wallingford?

Based on the spring run, expect about 21 songs over roughly an hour and 45 minutes. Ringo’s share includes “It Don’t Come Easy”, “I’m the Greatest”, “No No Song”, “Octopus’s Garden” and “Photograph”. Where are the best seats in a theatre like the Oakdale?

In a mid-size theatre, center seats in the front half of the main floor give you the best mix of closeness and sound. Because the room is built for concerts, most seats have a reasonable view, but extreme side seats near the front can miss part of the stage, and rows at the very back are further than they look on a map. The Oakdale is in Wallingford, near I-91, and most people drive. The venue has on-site parking, usually for a fee. Arrive with time to spare, as the lots can take a while to clear after the show. Check the venue’s website for current parking prices and bag rules before you go.
